Bad customer service 😔

A lady by the name Lesego was very rude towards me. I merely asked her to give me 2 Unicorn Sundaes instead of plain. She never even bothered to ask but I paid.... It was such a hustle I had to ask the manager to intervene.he was so calm tried to resolve the issue but I felt insulted in front of people she doesn't even consider that I was down asking nicely asif I was not a paying customer😔she told me she won't listen.worse when her colleague tried to assist she instructed her not to 🤔 I will never ever go back to that place again after being I'll treated in front of people. She will feel the heat with rude customers... U can't work with people girl u will meet your match I won't come down to your level u r rude! Some of us are dealing with way more serious issues than your rudeness!
