Bad customer service and disrespect by the store manager by the name of Thomile

I bought 2x big boss meals and 1x double munch meal i waited 1hour for my order, i asked to see the manager and she refused to see me, i kept asking why my order is taking so long n was ignored, i went into the kitchen to talk to the manager and she was very rude to me n told me to cook my order, i askes her how come my order takes so long while others are getting their orders then she said i can cook my food if im in a hurry then i left the kitchen and waited another 10min until i got fed-up and cancelled the order and left the store, the manager's name is Thobile, this is the second time something like this happens in the same store by the same manager
