Bad customer service and disappointment in the quality of food

I was at Hungry Lion Eikestad Mall Stellenbosch on the 6th of April 2023. What a bad experience in the service as well as the quality of the food. I ordered Zamba wing deluxe, they were so hard as a rock and had to wait until they make more wings as they gave me five from the beginning instead of 10. Am so disappointed, as i did complain on the watsapp platform and someone called me on the 7th April till today am still waiting for their feedback. As they promised to get back to me, and aslo on watsapp they did not provide me a feedback. I am so disappointed in how they treat their customers when they log complains. Why provide a platform for compaints when you are aware that you will not use it to get back to the customer with feedback.
