Bad Customer Service

I went to Hungry Lion Simunye Pinetown this morning at 7.30 am , they told me its still closed.i waited for the 30 minutes to get in which is ok. When it was time to open the door they had a long meeting.till 8.11 am. I am very disapointed with the service i received from that store.how can they have meeting hence they been walking around the shop. One thing i notice that store had no respect towards customer. No apology or even explaining to the customers as it was full packed outside the door.
