bad customer service

I went to buy cool drinks at Jabulani mall well the lady who was helping me gave me a short change I then show her the slip n the amount she gave me, she said I should wait on the side she will give me outstanding amount I waited over 10 minutes she then went to what I believe is a kitchen without notifying me she never came out, I later then find out that her name is Dikeledi she got attitude and bad customer service.
