Bad customer service

Today, I purchased a triple burger at Hungry Lion, and I was informed that the waiting time would be 20 minutes. I made the purchase at 17:59. Unfortunately, we ended up waiting for an entire hour. To our dismay, a manager eventually informed us that they had run out of burger rolls and offered no apologies for the inconvenience. We decided to request a refund, and the manager explained that it would take some time to process. When I inquired about the expected duration, she rep**** that she didn't know. They sent someone to other stores to borrow rolls so that they could fulfill our order.

I asked the manager if she planned to apologize for the poor service, to which she stated that she had already apologized to another customer. We were left to deal with the cashiers. The cashier's employee number is 894247, and the manager's name is Marian. The Hungry Lion I am referring to is located in Mitchell's Plain Promenade Mall.
