Bad customer and attitude service

Greetings

Im not happy with the service at the new store at Tshwane Mall. I bought burgers ,wanted to add the mega meal,and asked if my chicken can be packed as the pic,but my order was denied. I asked the cashier to ask the manager to come to front so that she can explain why not cause as per the pic they can but she was so rude she's refused i ask the cashier to give me her name her response was she doesn’t know her name even the cashier refused to give hers.
