BAD COMMUNICATION AND LONG WAITING SERVICE
Made a purchase at the Sam Ntuli branch at 18:37pm on Wednesday 15.05. the teller never made me aware of the shortage in the chicken and only mentioned that the wings will take around 15mins, to which I then opted for chicken. It's 19:10pm and I'm still waiting for my order.. The failure to communicate is totally unacceptable because had I known that the damn chicken would take a 100hrs to prepare, I would've went somewhere else.. The store in now even packed, there's not enough employees to assist with anything. This is totally ridiculous and unacceptable!!! Only one till is open!!
