Bad buns and awful service

I tried to find your email because I didn’t want it to be public, I’ve been loving your meals and the value for money BUT after yesterday Morning, I’m highly disappointed with the meal as well as the service I got from the Fourways Mall shop, the one right by the ATMs at the rank. I bought the Morning magic mix and tried to add two extra fingers on the meal and they said they don’t have that option, I told them to please check on the menu coz I literally saw it on my phone, the lady at the front counter was more concerned about an eWallet she received, I let that slide. When my order came, the bun was hard, it could’ve been a bun from Sunday the 2 fingers that come with the meal were also cold and they put the wrong dip. I must’ve been their 3rd customer coz this was during my tea break around 9:15am. I never have issues when I order from the shop at the food court but the one at the rank always has issues. This is very annoying because we were getting excited that there’s finally another Halal option in Fourways mall.

They also promised to contact me yesterday after I reached out and gave them my details on Facebook messenger
