Bad and unprofessional service at Hungry Lion Paarl Village Paarl

I have a very bad experience on 2026/05/23 at Hungry Lion Paarl Village their service is so bad I was waiting in the que for almost an half an hour and eventually when it was my turn the cashier told me they only take cash because they have a problem with their system I went to withdraw money at the ATM and I came again to hungry Lion and stand in the que for another 45 minutes and when it was my turn then they can't help me because the tills was a problem,the staff and the manager was so unprofessional they did not inform the people in the que before hand about their problem they helped me and I left the store without a slip and I told myself I will never go back there again because their service is very bad and unprofessional I want hello Peter to intervene in this situation please.
