AVOID!!!! EXTREMELY BAD AND SLOW CUSTOMER SERVICE

Today I went to Hungry Lion (Pier14 Port Elizabeth) to buy myself Big Boss Cheese meal and guess what? I waited more than 1 hour and I had to cancel the order because they were telling me stories and they are rude bad customer service. The place is extremely disgusting with dirty tables. They are all over the place doing nothing but acting busy whilst customers are waiting for them to provide service. I was helped by Eldean/ Eldeano and the store manager is Nomfundo Jimi. She did nothing while she saw that her employee was being rude to me. If it was by me I would have given them 0 star they don't even deserve the 1 star I gave them. They are horrible!!!
