Attitude and dry cold meat

Hello my name is Pinkie and I am typing this message with alot of anger in me. So I went to hungry lion in Hillbrow Pretoria street and am ashamed of the service I receive from the staff and its supervisor I bought 7 pieces chicken today on the 31 October asked the teller to please not include a wing in my meal because we don't lime a wing in the house and so what happened is my order came and I gently asked if the wing is not included in my meal and I was told no its not so something said I should check the meat boom I find the wing I nicely went back to them and said that they should exchange the wing as I asked not to be included and provide me with another piece the lady went at the back to asked the staff to change the wing to another piece yoo the attitude around the supervisor and staff was heart breaking to see my meat tost around like its nothing and I could see the way they were talking that they are disgusted one of the lady threw the receipt that was in the packet on the floor and the other one picked it up and they were laughing and mocking and then I was told that the meat is finish and that I should wait 30 minutes so that I can be given another piece I said its OK since I'm the one who doesn't want a wing then the meat came out still the wing was not swapped I was told that I should wait and that the meat is still cooking but to my surprise orders were given out that had meat I then asked them how come I'm told to wait when some are getting their orders they pretended like they were not listening until the door of the store closed then that's when I was given my order
