Atrocious Service at Hungry Lion Daveyton Mall

Atrocious Service! I am horrified by the behavior of the Hungry Lion Daveyton Mall staff. My order got"lost" and I only received my food and hour later. To make matters worse when the back staff was asked to hurry it up as soon as the cashier realized that I should have been gone by then, they treated it like a joke and made remarks about the "lost" order. The entire shop was filthy, there was no chicken on the chicken rack so I don't even know what the staff was busy with the whole time! I am thoroughly livered and disgusted. I took photos of their dirty counter, empty chicken racks, filthy floors and dirty workspace because I want to know from Hungry Lion what exactly were they hired for because they seemed to think my order being lost was funny and the shop assistant was hiding herself the whole time the commotion took place until I asked for her. Only for her to come out from the wall right next to where I was standing. She saw and heard everything! There were a few of us waiting for orders but no chicken on the racks and the staff was on Vacay at the back! To think I paid for the chicken, it wasn't a hand out!!! I am appauled.
