Area manager is pathetic

I was Saturday in Hungry lion Broadway Strand..like always when I order the Big boss burger they tell me there is a waiting time of 30 minutes which I just got fed up with and insisted 2 speak to the area manager.. she didn't even wanted to speak to me and just informed her staff to get security and let me be thrown out like a ******** because they don't want complaints. I then logged an official complaint om their website and up 2 this minute didn't hear anything from them. Me, my wife and daughter was just there again and the manager told me that he must call security because the area manager don't want me in her store because I logged a complaint against her. He told me this infront of my family. Pathetic service again from area manager and manager. How can an area manager chase away customers because they logged a complaint against her.. bad horrific service.. Bevan Marthinus ***
