Appalling service at Amalinda Hungry Lion

The service at Hungry Lion Amalinda in East London is horrible!! From the cashier "Thembakazi" who's attitude was appaling.. she could not answer as to why our orders were taking so long to be done. It's one thing having to wait.. and another not being informed about the waiting time.. After 30min of waiting a very unprofessional 'manager' Bulelwa attended to us the customers whom were dissatisfied of the service.. She might as well not even come to us, as she did not remedy the situation. In conclusion I waited an hour for an order! I'm disgusted and will never again
