What I have witnessed at Hungry Lion Long Street Cape Town around2, a guy who received a wrong order he has to turn back for the right order yes the guy was bound to be back in stead of them apologizing to the guy one of the cashier was rude to the guy and the got rude also and the manager who was on due chatback to the guy to a point that he wanted to beat the guy in front of everyone who was present us as customers.
I don't wanna lie I am so furious if that is how you teach your staff to behave then I don't know.
