******* and disappointing service at hungry lion eerste river

Went to hungry lion eerste river to purchase a 15 piece bucket for the family. When i get home there are 3 drumsticks and 9 breasts in the box with 3 pieces missing. I went back to the store to complain and the manager provides me with 3 pieces. When i get home again i see theres 1 breast , 1 drum stick and a wing that they gave me.

Now firstly is it common practice to ***** from your customers. Secondly 10 breast peices, 4 drums and 1 wing? does that seem right. Or are these bucket specials meant to provide the customer with ******* no one else wants?

This is highly disgusting from eerste river branch. I had to drive twice to the store for this pathetic bucket of food i received. Am i expected to check my food before i leave the store? Bunch of ******* working there.
