2024 not a great start.

30min waiting period for food. Regular chips- instead of upsize Spicy fillet - instead of original Lettuce was not fresh and tomato was sour. And no tomato sauce for chips! What is going on?

Very upsetting this is not a great start to the year 2024. Pls contact me via email in this regard.
