Customer Service and Food horrible
I would like to review the following Hungry Lion in Walvis Bay a solid 1 star and including the aftersales/customer care department for this brand. We purchased 3x burgers meals from the Hungry lion in Walvis Bay Shoprite Plaza: ADDRESS 10th Rd Shop GF14/15, Metlife Plaza Walvisbay *** The condition that we received those burgers are horrific. The buns are stale and crumbling apart like they are weeks old and just a breast ans cheese slice between them. If I wanted to get food poisoning I would have checked myself into the state hospital for the full experience. After phoning the customer service number and explaining the situation they were able to reply to an email instructed that we should use a code (supposedly accompanied by the said email) which did not came with the email and the other shell branch said that an email confirmation is not sufficient enough.
