Electricity and plumbing issue

The company has a group of unprofessional team that also displays little experience of what they are doing. They came back several times for a power trip after doing my COC and every time they came things would be worse than before .Electric meter box was left with cables exposed and l found out when my box was sparking . The issue was resolved when the owner finally decided to come by himself on day 3. I also phoned for a water leak and l was told it can wait until tomorrow as they are not working in my area that day. That time l have sent a photo of how the leak is and my place was flooding
