Terrible Service & Rude Staff – Avoid at All Costs!

I had an awful experience with Hungry Bugs Compliance – Hien and team. Their customer service is completely unprofessional, and their staff is rude and disrespectful. From the moment I contacted them, they showed no regard for professionalism or courtesy.

The workmanship was absolutely terrible. The geyser installation was done so poorly that I had leaks within days. When I tried to get them to fix their mistakes, they were dismissive and unhelpful. The plumbing work was just as bad—pipes left loose, messy job, and no attention to detail.

On top of that, the team showed up late, had a bad attitude, and seemed like they didn’t care about doing a proper job. Instead of taking responsibility for their mistakes, they were rude and defensive.

I would never recommend this company to anyone. Save yourself the headache and find a professional team that actually respects their customers and does quality work!
