What they are good at
I cancelled my insurance a day after activation, they still debuted their facilitation fee. Isn’t there a cooling period for clients to change their minds. They still debit R1200 from my account

After investigating this matter further on our side, we can confirm that the fee amount was discussed with you when you accepted the cover. The amount was agreed on and occurred so that you were able to take delivery of the vehicle. There is an activation fee included in the process which was also explained.
