Very upset client

I've been struggling to cancel my policy with Hundreds Insurance Brokers since the 28th January 2024. Every time I will receive a phone call that I requested a call back but I send emails to cancel my policy and everytime when they call they want to know WHY I'm cancelling. I'm now sick and tired of explaining myself. In the 3 years that I've had the policy, they NEVER called to make sure that I'm satisfied with the service. On Thursday I've received yet again a phone call that "I requested a phone call". I've again explained that I've already told the story and the person confirmed that they'll listen to the recordings. And to date, I've not yet received a phone call that everything has been sorted and my policy has been cancelled.
