Unhappy customer! Poor service

I am not happy at all, they helped to sign up with King Price therefore upon the delivery of the car, accident happened so I has to cancel the deal.. I have contacted them to make them aware of the matter a day after the incidendent requesting cancelation.. They said they have canceled but on the 26th of March they have deducted R1200 in my account called them multiple times requesting refund even today, they keep on telling me they are awaiting the non delivery letter from the Garage to process my refund surprisingly one of their worker told me they got a letter long time ago.. King price refunded me few days later and I made them aware about the incident the same day.. I am sick and tired of calling them, they always promise to get back to me but they don't. Imagine paying a brochure that amount for the car that you don't even own!!!
