Ubersure Insurance Brokers - Regrettable to interact with!

I had agreed to a call from an Insurance Broker to initiate my insurance policy, whom advised me that King Price Insurance would call me to explain further details, while awaiting the call of King Price Insurance, Ubersure Insurance Brokers contacted me and I was under the assumption it was King Price Insurance on behalf of the Insurance Broker that had just contacted me. Upon enquiry i advised the insurance broker that i have spoken to King Price Insurance whereby she was baffled as they said they did not call me. The moment i had found out that something was wrong i had informed the insurance broker to step in, whereby she advised that she is the broker for the policy (which even states on my King Price Policy) and no money will be debited from my account by Ubersure insurance Brokers. To my surprise R1100.00 has been debited by Ubersure Insurance Brokers which they claim is a once-off initiation fee. The broker that i am using doesn't even charge an initiation fee. Totally pathetic service by Ubersure Insurance Brokers, they havent even emailed me or contacted me regarding any confirmation of insurance yet are debiting my account.

would not recommend Ubersure to anyone looking for insurance, i have even called their call center which was of no assistance and adamant that this fee is still stands
