Thulani Zulu is ***** and ***** consultant of Uber sure brokers

When I bought a car grand i10, I got a call from this guy from Uber sure. His name was Thulani Zulu who offered me help finding a good insurance and he did find me king price but also made promises that my excess and premium will decrease after 3 month as it was high but when 3 months was up I tried reminding him of our agreement but he started ignoring me, soon he said I was bothering him if I needed help I must call his office directly but when I took the insurance he assured me that he will always be there all the way. I realized how ***** n *****lent this company is till today he disappeared. I experienced a very rude n poor behavior from him. If anyone get a call this company run for your life rather take insurance on your own never use a broker especially if it a call from this guy, he will promise you work and earth then when it time to deliver he will ditch u and tell u that u have a problem, u need help with yourself and u r bothering him. I hope his Manger reads this and deal with him because their company will go down because of him. Only one guy who assisted me after I tried canceling his name is Nqobile, he did a good job. But Thulani Zulu, u r a *****. Guys avoid this company or u will regret.
