Premium wrongly taken - no refund

<p>I have requested insurance through ubersure and confirmed everything, but informed them that they should only take the premium of R299,00 broker fee in a months time when the insurance activation started. About 2 days later i contacted them via email and cellphone to inform them that i want to cancell everything with them and that no fees must be taken. The sales consultant who i dealt with confirmed that he had forwarded my request to his finance department. A month later, i received an sms stating that they took their premium. I emailed and contacted the sales consultant who i dealt with (very nice and helpful guy) and informed him that they tool a premium and tey werent supposed to. He confirmed that he will take it up with his finance department as i want them to pay this money back to me, since the bank will charge me a fee of R50 to reverse this ampunt and its not my mistake. After several follow ups i still havnt heard anything from them regarding the refund they owe me. I am very dissapointed by this bad service. At first i received the best service and now that i need the money which they took from me, they dont deliver service at all. I am still awaiting their reply as i followed up again today. 15 June 2016 and they took their premium 2 June 2016. I wonder if i will ever see this money of me again. </p>
