I have placed a rating previously but that was in the beginning of our claim. I just really want to thank Jonathen le Roux for everything. He has kept his word by alway reverting back to us when he said he would. Whenever we had questions or wasn't sure about something he always assisted. He has been very patient with us and never once made us feel like we are bothering him or keeping him busy with nonsense. He has made this terrible event so much easier for us and we are really grateful.
