Hundreds Insurance Brokers

I currently have 2 vehicle insurance policies debting on my account because nobody at Uberinsure, now known as Hundred Insurance Brokers can assist with the cancellation as per my request. I have been sent from pillar to post. Though the insurer has debited from my account, it is rather strange that when I do call for policy cancellation, they now cannot match my ID. No. to any active policy.

The Insurer looks to be ***** as a result.

I cannot reverse the premium either, so says my Bank: Nedbank. From the little knowledge that I have on insurance, it is ******* for one person to have 2 or more insurance covers of one vehicle.

A speedy resolve would be much appreciated. Not to mention the refund to the debit order which has run off on the 11TH July.
