Horrible Service

Took insurance from Kinf Price through Hundreds Insurance brokers, they failed to inform me of the R1200 charge. I called their customer care a month ago, to complain because their agent did not say anything about R1200 payment. To this day they have not bothered to resolve my issue. I cancelled my insurance and their broker services but they still went and debited my account again after they confirmed there will be no other debits.
