Buying a car that was not true lily what it was said to be

What a *******..bought a used vw polo classic 1.9 tdi from humphrey Auto in boysens.I was told the car was in tip top conditions and was never in an accident.the whole story was amisleading lie.the car was in an accident, and a night mare.the steering rack was a **** tide wth plastic cable ties that put my life and safety at risk.brake pads were also ****,the car leakd oil like crazy,the window and mirror mechanism are **** and faulty.to date ive spent about R 5000, and by the look of things im still to spend more.the car has a 95000 km on the clock.which is suspicious for a car wth all these problems.when I called the dealership,I was told mr humphrey,the owner was out.I was promised he will get back to me which he never did.I was told nothing about the cars broblems and it was only after I electronically transfered the money that I was told it was voetstoots..my 60,000,00 down the drain. Since I bought the car I have never enjoyed the car as it has been in and out of mechanics to fix all the problems highlighted above. I have paid the cash for the same car. pls look out for such unscrupelous dealers..what a *******.
