Humming-bird bad service

Unfair treatment I live in Rosa Royale Estate in midrand - we have a Whatsapp group for the residents in this Estate which I have been removed for stating that why is our garden and pool not being looked after...therefore I was removed from the group by the lady called Linda who is a caretaker for the building. I let that be since I could not report that to anyone in the estate.

2) We bought a fridge and was delivered to the same estate but the delivery vehicle was refused to come in, when asked Linda then she has told me to fill in the movement forms which are designed for people who are moving in and out of the estate which I wasn't supposed to fill in since I have been living in the estate for over 2 years already. Therefore I had to go fetch the fridge from the gate myself. I also let it pass without doing anything.

3) My vehicle has been bumped ny a visitor who was under the influence of liquor at night while I was sleeping and contacted Linda the following morning regarding the investigations and footage of the night, the ALL IS WELL securty guuards told me that the footage has being relayed to Linda, but when I called her she tells me that she doesn't have a footage and will follow it up and let me know but nothing has been done and I have not been contacted till now.

4) There's an unoccupied unit that I have requested an owner to use the parking bay while there's no tenant living in currently. The owner gave me a go ahead at least until there's a tenant who moves in and I have been using the the parking bay since November 2023 till the 1st May 2024. Now the unit has tenants moved in and, since my vehicle was still parked in the same spot when the tenants showed up. My vehicle was shown on the whatsapp group so it can be moved from the new tenants parking bay, Since I was being removed from the group I could not see what was said on the group - Linda decided to instruct the ALL IS WELL security gurads to clamp my vehicle. When I queried it I was then told to pay the R250 levy - so I tried to explain that I was athorised to park there but Linda has instructe them to and there's nothing they can do.

I feel like I have been taken for a ride or being ****med.
