Humless Battery

Be very careful when considering purchasing a Humless Battery. A humless battery was installed and after a month the unit packed up, and this is where my problems started. The unit was collected and the agent first used the excuse that the installation is not correct and then he blamed the inverter. On top of it all he then tried to deliver a secondhand battery. What also is of concern is he then mentioned that he will spray the battery casing because of the scratches. It is now a month and a half later and still no battery. The question now is, if and when I do get it back will it be a secondhand unit or my original unit.
