Humble Till - Watch out!!!!!!!

I haven't dealt with humble till for about two years...

All of a sudden, on the 5th Dec 2018, R4201 is deducted off my account via debit order.

I contacted Nick at humble till and he found the problem quite quick, my account got linked with someone elses.... How the hell does this automatically happen???? He said that the refund will be done shortly.

Today is the 12th of Dec, I have emailed Nick twice for the refund now, still no reply.

My biggest concern is: 1. How the hell does a debit order go off my account after so long? 2. How are the able to put through a debit order on my account? 3. Why has my information not been deleted from their system when I cancelled? 4. What else are they capable of with everyones bank details? Can they be trusted??

Watch out folks!! This is very fishy!!
