Disappointing

- the ward was very dreary and dark - not at all appealing for recovering patients especially elderly - nurses were not empathetic - Monday to Friday - no doctor on duty, only on call so if a patient needs a doctor they have to call her. Other step down facilities have a doctor available on premises. - would not recommend the facility since environment impacts on a person's health and mindset
