Lack of competence

Sanlam sent my review for disability to human capital on 3 march. That had to be sent to me. Nothing was sent to me. Absolutely poor service. I phoned and left numerous messages: Vuyiswa Radebe, Bronwyn, Brenda, Porsche etc... Disgrace to have people to work and get a salary for doing nothing. I want an ANSWER to my complaint
