Ford Focus 2016

<p>This vehicle has difficulties and is under guarentee! My daughter is a Medical Rep, needs a motor 24/7, has difficulity sorting out a computer problem, had to return it already six times. She needs to have it connected to her garage petrol card. They never can tell her for how long they will have the vehicle. When it is returned the fault is still not fixed. It is truely a problem. Today she where treated as she where the problem, not the vehicle. It is my daughter and it is not acceptable NOBODY will treat my daughter like that. I demand Ford to replace the vehicle as it seems they do not have the technical support to fix the problem, and will appreciate it if they will make sure my daughter get the necessary apology needed.
