HUMAN AUTO FORD KIMBERLEY HORRIBLE SERVICE

Human Auto Ford Kimberley last year replaced our turbo on our Ford Ranger , some months after it was faulty and up to this day they refuse to replace or fix it. The complain was made while it was under the one year warranty but still. We tried to involve Ford SA, useless, but I think they are so used to bad service and to them it is now normal to give a terrible service. We stopped taking our car to that dealership for a peace of mind. And we now regret buying Ford. I encourage you to do the same. The are places in Kimberley where you can fix your Ford , you are not forced by your insurance to service or to take your car there. If you are intending to buy a car avoid buying Ford by all means. On 11/07/2019 we found another client fighting with them because he paid thousands but still they could not fix his car.
