Exceptional service beyond expectation.

I tried to purchase a pair of Hoka boots online from Hullabaloo. My size was sold out so just on a whim I emailed and asked whether they may get more stock at the special sale price! William Pienaar rep**** promptly to tell me that they were expecting new stock and he could let me have my size at the reduced rate. I made a not to check with them a few weeks later but before I could do that,William contacted me to tell me that the boots had arrived and I could purchase. He gave me a link which took me directly to MY CHOSEN boot. I bought the boots and then realised that I would be away for a long period by the time the boots were delivered. I emailed William yesterday and mentioned this to him, not really expecting the impossible (especially since we have a long weekend looming. Much to my surprise the boots were hand delivered this morning (at no extra cost). I wish all companies would offer this level of customer care and service. Absolutely beyond expectation! Thank you William.
