Not looking out for first time buyers

End of November 2020 I made a offer on a flat, Las Vagas Vanderbijlpark, for 350k. The estate agent Aizia helped me to buy the flat. It took months to get to a point I made arrangements to move into my first flat today, even took my last leave for the year to sort everything at my flat. I was told by Alizia I must first pay the outstanding 14K for transfer costs before I can move in. It took met four months to pay it off and after I also had to sit at home for a month and only received half of my pay the one month with lock down. The lawyers strage enough told me they were not in a hurry for the money but I paid all. Alizia assured me we must see they move out month end, 30 September, and this took now to long for me as a buyer. All of a sudden this week the owner had all kinds of excuses not to move out of the flat and seems like they stay for free now after they owe the bank and munisipality hundreds thousands of rands, bank repo flat. I was told by Elizia she cannot throw the people out of the flat after the owner informed me he will not move today. I even offerd to help them with a trailer to help them to move. My 71 year old mother stay with me and after she had covid August 2021 her legs gave away and now I must struggle in a small flat with a wheel chair to take her to the bathroom and kitchen where at the las Vegas flat the space is enough and even a lawn for her to get some sun where I stay in a closed flat without a stoep and she hardly get any sun. I am not happy with the estate agent and prefer another person who look out for my interest as a first time home buyer and not people who owe the munisipality and bank hundred thousands of rands, regards
