Huizemark *****

Two years ago I bought a flat by using Huizemark. Only to find out two years later the owners who bought a flat in a complex are liable for debt owed to Emfuleni munisipality, complex owe R460 000. Never was I told about this by the estate agent and I signed a binding contract and not reading the fine print, trusting the agent. The agent only was concerned to get her fee. Huizemark is ***** and *******s. I can not sue the agent because I signed a binding contract and should have read it before signing it. Make sure before buying a flat in a complex the owners are not in the rears with the munisipality as you are part of a committee and you will be included with the complex debts.
