Very bad and unfair treatment

We have signed a 6 month contact at Huizemark Vereeniging @ 3 Klawerhof, Klarer street Vereeniging. At the time we did the application we specified that we do have 2 vehicles and there was never mentioned that it would be an issue. 3 months down the line the vehicle was an issue while the other vehicle was sleeping outside the complex. There is 5 other vehicles also sleeping inside the yard at night and there is no problem reported to them. In our iviction notice there was stated that we are having parties and loud music, but we never had any complaints from any of the tenants. There is other tenants having late nights and house violence, but nothing gets told to them. We did a petition asking the tenants if they have any issues and they don't have, even members of the body corporate said we are not an issue. We agreed to look for a different place to rent and now Anne Smit is giving bad references. We even requested a meeting with the body corporate and no one even bother to come back to us. This is totally unfair treatment. I have been renting for the last+- 16 years and this is the very first time getting this kind of treatment.
