Took my interest earned on deposit

We rented a property for 19 months and left it in a better state than we found it and so our deposit was fully refunded albeit only six weeks later. The deposit also earned a lot of interest which was not paid to us because Huizemark put it in the contract that they get the interest and did not communicate this with us. Don't rent from them and if you do, make sure that the interest on your deposit comes to you.
