They de*****ed me with a non existing stand now they dont want to refund me

uly 2020 i purchased what was supposed to be a "site" from huizemark agent named Carl Nicholas Roritch in Standerton Mpumalanga and paid R 376 950.00 via Eft the he went AWOL for months until and avoided my calls until I phone with an unknown number he then promised that the lawyers would be in touch soon. The lawyer sent an email asking for some documents I sent the documents then it was quite for months again,I sent out emails asking for progress they rep**** saying they are still waiting for the municipality to give clearance figures and they have also app**** for a lost tittle deed all these processes will take about a year I then asked to cancel the transaction and that they refund my money their response was that they sent my cancelation to the sellers they are awaiting response we waited for a month up until I decided to take legal action against the against...my legal rep sent out an email giving them 7 working days to refund the monies and they responded that they will refund on the 5th of Feb 2021 up to date they haven't done so I have opened up a case of ***** with SAPS
