Shady Dealing at Huizemark Sandton-Randburg Branch

Im extremely disgruntled with the way Huizeamark Property Professionals conduct their business., particularly the Sandton,, Randburg Branch. And this goes to all real estate agents. They are in the business of ripping people money by taking as much application fee from prospective clents knowing very well that they wont be approving the applications.. Talks about the so coalled application fee of R690 per applicant just to check credit score, which i fiind it mind boggling.. There is a property i app**** for 2 times, 1st under my name and secondly under my spouses name. We werent even given any reason as to why the application was declined. Funny enough one of a mutual friend who happened to get the property then told me accidentally that he got the very same property way before it was even advertised. that goes to show how these rental agents do shady business. So the application fee is merely their commission. So they would know way in advance who they want to give the propert to but keep advsertising to get as much people to apply and collect that 690 application fee as their commission. SO imagine if they can do 10 application for the same property they would have made 6900 to only decline all of them and just give it ot one person. I feel this is day light roberry and this has to be addressed as this application fee has to either be refunded in the event the application has been declined, or they take a certain percentage to out of the application fee. Then you go to this thing of checking credit score which i find it mind boggling as well especially when it comes to rental. what does ones credit score have to do with paying rent? its not like you are giving me credit. thats why you guys have your TPN. but then again what can we do. This wont go quietly and i will make sure that this has been brought to light. Especially Jonathan and Niel there by the Sandton Branch. what you guys are doing is purely evil in the name of business
