R250 for a remote battery

When I received my deposit back they deducted R250 for a remote. I told the agent with finale inspection the battery is flat she only wrote it is broken. I also told het the prepaid meter number is on the db board. She also did not listen then because I was contacted by her for the meter number. Now I have to pay for their mistake!
