Poor service. Poor accounting and dishonnesty

We were promised that our deposit will be paid back within two weeks. More than two weeks and we keep on hearing about all the problems we have to pay for that were there before we moved in... there is proof and pictures. Even without informing us about the problems they just went ahead and billed us for it. Without seeing any invoices and pictures. We paid a double deposit as well as insurace with payprop. Their accounting is so poor my husband now have to do it himself to prove everything that was paid. They want to pay us back only R488 from about R16 000 deposit toward them and Propfin ti secure our deposit.
