Not honouring their agreement

This is a very unprofessional company. Im sad to say that I wont recommend doing business with them. They have let a tenant signed a lease contract for a year, then the tenant just decide to terminate her contract early. As far as we all know when we sign a contract for a year, we can under circumstances ask to terminate, but in this case it was just that the tenant had people bin her property, and as soon as those people moved out, she just wanted to move into her propert, at the time it was convenient for her. Its not that she also dobt have the money, she received her pension package and just decide she don't want to pay any further.

This is not conducive for me as the landlord as this was my main income,. Thats the reason I've appointed an agency to.handle my business

I dont understand how an agency cannot stipulate their terms and conditions. They very unprofessional in this regard that they do not even care to answer any of.my emails, phone calls and no communication nor any feedback One can perhaps cone to a conclusion that they received the money from the tenant and not honour their agreement

I hope that either they work on their faults or they not gonna get good business from landlords. Just want to warn landlords out there
