Kobus Laubscher, Dishonest Agent

Using Huizemark was the worst decision I have made. Firstly, their agent, Kobus Laubscher, made my experience of selling not a pleasant one for various reasons. Then to top it all, he took items for himself & **** about it. When confronted, he admitted it. I spoke to the Head Office who got the principle, Ryno Cilliers to contact me. Ryno was helpful in the beginning, promising to address the situation. After having to follow up with him due to no response, I receive an email basically asking me to forget the whole thing. I rep**** by asking for compensation for the things he took. I have tried to get hold of Ryno, but to no avail. I am dissapointed that the issue of theft was not addressed & reading some of the other reviews, it seems Huizemark has no problem with agents being dishonest. I will definitely be taking this further as it is not about the money, but the principle.
