Huizemark not coming to the party - Rentals house in Woodland Hills

We are renting a house through Huizemark in Bloemfontein Woodland Hills Wildlife Estate. The owner agreed to fix all the faults in the house on the lists that was supp****. We have been living there for a year now the owner had 6 month to fix everything. Painting not done inside as the walls were wet the walls became dry no painting done and now is the rainy season again, garage doors double wooden door remote not working struggle to park inside the garage, no curtain rails or blinds in the house was supp**** so they expect us to install everything there is a whole list of things that was promised on the contract. No TV cable was in the house we had to install no washing line etc. They say we are free to move, we have spend money to move there we had to install cables for Internet and TV etc. They are not coming to the party and we now are fed up and we decided we are not paying our rent for January they can use our deposit, now they send me letters with interest on and letter of demand, what about our rights in this case. I feel they should pay for our transporting of furniture installing cables where ever we move, we have no rights they the only people with rights. Anyone else would feel the same. You must pay for a house that is not supplying you for what you signed for.
